Introduction
- These terms and conditions govern the use of the ZERO1 2GO Travel Data SIM card and eSIM (herein referred as “ZERO1 2GO”) provided by Zero1 Pte Ltd (henceforth Zero1). By using ZERO1 2GO, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Zero1 2GO Service
- ZERO1 sells travel data service plans. The customer may register and buy the ZERO1 2GO travel data plans at https://2go.zero1.sg. Payment will be processed through our payment partner, Stripe.
- The Service is available for purchase by any customer worldwide, for travel to any destination provided for by the Zero1 2GO plans. At this point, it should be noted that travel in-bound into Singapore is NOT supported by theZERO1 2GO service.
- Only the 2GO eSIM services will be available for customers not purchasing the 2GO Service in Singapore. To keep in-line with international conventions, physical SIM Cards will not be sent to non-Singapore addresses.
Usage
- ZERO1 2GO is designed to be used with a mobile phone or other compatible device. It is for personal use only and must not be used for commercial or illegal purposes.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. As the device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of origin, the Customer must check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided. The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive, meaning newly announced eSIM-compatible devices may still need to be added to the list.
- The Customer agrees not to use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations in Singapore or in the country the 2GO service is used in; or to misuse the Service in any manner deemed inappropriate by Zero1 or our network partners; or to allow any use of the Service to interfere with other users’ access to and use of the Service.
Charges
- ZERO1 reserves the right to revise prices for the ZERO1 2GO services at any time without prior notice.
Purchase and Validity
- The validity period of ZERO1 2GO is dependent on the selected package or plan
- Zero1 reserves the right to change the validity period and package at any time without prior notice.
Suspension and Termination
- Zero1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service provided if you breach these terms and conditions or if your use of the service poses a security and/or service risk to the network. Zero1 may also suspend or terminate the service if it has reason to believe that ZERO1 2GO is being used for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Zero1 reserves the right at its absolute discretion to discontinue and/or suspend the Service whether in whole or in part without any liability whatsoever to the Customer.
Liability
- Zero1 will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from the use of ZERO1 2GO, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or any consequential or indirect damages.
- Zero1 does not warrant that the Service will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected.
Privacy
- Zero1 is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information collected during the activation and use of ZERO1 2GO will be used only for the purposes of providing the service and for billing and administrative purposes.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Amendments
- Zero1 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of ZERO1 2GO after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
