Usage & Validity

Your 2GO Travel SIM will expire 90 days after purchase. This means that if your trip gets delayed, you may still activate and use the service so long as it is done within the expiry period. 

The service is considered active from the point it first connects to the destination's network until the end of the validity period or all of the data is consumed.  

For example, if you purchase a 10-day 10GB Europe plan and you first connect to the network in Europe at 0000 hours on the 1st of June, your plan will be active until 2359 hours on the 10th of June. 

You will receive an SMS alert once you cross 3 thresholds @ 50%, 76% and 96% consumption respectively.

All data plans can be activated any time from the point of purchase till the plan expires in 90 days. 

If your current data is consumed, you can go to https://2GO.zero1.sg and purchase a new plan if your device supports an eSIM. However, if your device only supports physical SIMs, it is recommended that you purchase a second SIM (if you require more data) prior to your travel. 

This option is currently not available. However, we are working to make this feature available soon. 

A 30-day Zero1 2GO Travel Data SIM plan remains valid within the 30-day period of your first activation AND if there is sufficient data available for your plan. 

The Zero1 2Go Travel Data SIM is valid for the duration stated in the plan from activation.  

For example, if you purchase a 30-day 10GB Europe plan, the SIM will be activated on the 1st day it is connected to a network in Europe. It will continue to be active for 30 days OR until all the data is consumed, whichever comes first. After the 30-day service validity, you will not be able to use any unconsumed data. 

Yes, Zero1 2GO Travel Data SIM service can be purchased for multiple countries as eSIMs or physical SIMs. These are perfect if you’re travelling to different countries during a single trip.  

Best of all, each time you enter a new country in that region, your SIM will automatically connect to the best network in that country.
